We’re excited to serve you! Please take a moment to review our policies so everything runs smoothly and everyone has a great experience.

Deposits & Cancellations

To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit is required, with a $150 minimum deposit. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a different date.

If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for the following notice:

  • Sedans & SUVs: 24 hours
  • Sprinter Vans & Limousines: 48 hours
  • Party Buses, Mini Coaches & Motor Coaches: 72 hours

Cancellations made outside of these notice periods will be billed at the full contracted rate.

Refund Requests & Service Concerns

If you experience a performance issue or would like to request a refund, please contact the AZ Limo support team within 48 hours of your reservation’s completion. Requests submitted after this timeframe may be considered late and are subject to review at AZ Limo’s discretion.

We’re always happy to review concerns promptly.

No-Show Policy

If your driver arrives at the scheduled pickup location and is unable to locate or contact you within 60 minutes using the contact information provided in your reservation, the ride will be considered a no-show and canceled.

In this case, you will be responsible for 100% of the estimated cost.

Rates

Your quoted rate may change if additional services are requested, including but not limited to:

  • Overtime or extended hourly use
  • Wait time
  • Additional stops
  • Parking fees
  • Meet-and-greet services
  • Other applicable miscellaneous fees

We will always aim to be transparent about any added charges.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in our rates. While tipping is entirely at your discretion, you are welcome to:

  • Add gratuity to your final bill, or
  • Provide it directly to your chauffeur

Mechanical Issues & Lost Time

In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown during service, AZ Limo is not liable for the breakdown itself. If scheduling allows, we will make every effort to make up for lost time.

If lost time cannot be accommodated, the unused portion will be refunded to the credit card on file within 3 business days.

Vehicle Care & Fees

To keep our vehicles in excellent condition for all guests, the following policies apply:

  • $10 fee per broken champagne glass
  • $50 fee per broken window
  • No food permitted in vehicles
  • $250 cleaning fee for excessive trash or spills
  • $500 sickness (vomit) cleaning fee
  • $100 glitter cleaning fee

Clients are responsible for removing all trash at the conclusion of service.

Any fines incurred during service are the client’s responsibility.

The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or members of their party during the rental period.

Reservation Termination

Our chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate service without refund if any member of the party exhibits inappropriate, unsafe, or unlawful behavior. Violations of company policies will result in immediate termination of the reservation.

Substance Policy

For everyone’s safety and compliance with the law:

  • Drug use is strictly prohibited
  • Underage alcohol consumption is prohibited
  • Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle

Overtime

Overtime charges apply:

  • After 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time
  • After 15 minutes beyond the scheduled drop-off time
  • For all hourly reservations beyond the confirmed booking period

Lost & Found

AZ Limo is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Please double-check your belongings before exiting.

If you are having difficulty locating your chauffeur, please call 480-725-2427 for immediate assistance.

Child Seats

For safety and liability reasons, AZLIMO.com does not install child seats. Child seats must be installed by the child’s parent or guardian.
